ArtifactHub is reporting via email:

We encountered some errors while scanning the packages in repository pulumi-kubernetes-operator for security vulnerabilities.

error scanning image docker.io/pulumi-kubernetes-operator:v2.0.0: image not found (package pulumi-kubernetes-operator:2.0.0)

I would guess that the issue is that the image name in the chart metadata is malformed and should be docker.io/pulumi/pulumi-kubernetes-operator:v2.0.0.
