Files such as main.txt are too large and MINER keeps running

Hi, when I run MINER, it keeps writing data to files such as main.txt, etc., and when the programme runs for a few hours, these files can't be opened because they take up too much memory. Is this by intentional design or is there an error in my programme. And MINER sometimes runs all the time and doesn't execute according to the time_budget I designed!
