Add ability to download latest module version in downloads section of a profile

Use Case

When reviewing dowloaded modules against latest version in the Downloads section of my profile, I need to click on the module name go to the module page to download that latest version

Describe the Solution You Would Like

I would like to see a "download version" option directly in the Downloads section of my profile, maybe for all the newer versions, or maybe just for the latest
