Its not clear when reviewing modules in the downloads section of my profile what features and endorsements they have

Add the endorsement and feature badges to each module in the downloads section of my profile.

Thank you, @andytroup, for bringing this to our attention. We recognize that the current layout does not explicitly display the features or endorsements as originally intended, which was to parse the change log and present it accordingly. The change log already categorizes entries based on different PR labels created by users. Here is a list of labels that might provide more insight into this:

• Added: Features
• Changed: Backwards Incompatible
• Fixed: Bug fixes

We will internally assess this and prioritize it to develop an improved version that enhances clarity and understanding.
