Specify specific color scheme when save pdf

Hi,
is possibile to save a PDF with a specific color scheme like Fogra39 (http://www.color.org/fogra39.xalter)?
To be sure that when we print it using industrial printers the colors (CMYK) will be exactly the same of pdf we have to save the Pdf file at 300dpi using Fogra39 color scheme.

How can I do it?
