Instead of having a clunky tooltip, turn the skill book into a button which displays the skills needed as a tree. Nothing too fancy. We can also move the "Export Skills needed" from the File menu to this dialog window.

Now, if we really wanted to get fancy, we could have "estimated training time". The would require us using character implants (much bigger feature implementation), or we could just go with an average SP/hr

Or... playing with the idea to make it a toggle button that clears out the stats pane and replaces it with the skilltree. This would reduce the amount of dialogs around.

We can also extend this concept in the future to include extra things about a fit such as metadata, tags (future feature), buttons to import/export, ships bonuses, etc. We could have something like the stat panes that show different info... All that is in the future tho, and may be best to wait for pyfa rewrite considering the scope of that. For now, I'm going to focus on using this concept for showing required skills
