Skip/Exclude One Combination of Matrix

Hello all,

I have a matrix setup like this:

[[tool.hatch.envs.tests.matrix]]
python = ["3.11", "3.12", "3.13"]
numpy = ["np1.26", "np2.0", "np2.1", "np2.2"]
[tool.hatch.envs.tests.overrides]
matrix.numpy.dependencies = [
    { value = "numpy==1.26.*", if = ["np1.26"] },
    { value = "numpy==2.0.*", if = ["np2.0"] },
    { value = "numpy==2.1.*", if = ["np2.1"] },
    { value = "numpy==2.2.*", if = ["np2.2"] },
]

This works fine but I would like to skip a single combination (python = ["3.13"], numpy = ["np1.26"]) when the platform is windows. It seems like this may be possible with overrides but I cannot figure out the correct syntax. Appreciate any advice!
