We tried to limit the docker memory usage but it's not working on raspberry pi , we get :

! run Your kernel does not support memory limit capabilities or the cgroup is not mounted. Limitation discarded. 0.0s

it seems that we can activate the cgroup manually in a rpi. We should test this and put it in our futur init script
