Figure out what's wrong with the build

SnapshotTracer - user facing

An additional option in SnapshotTracer to view the outputs in webstepper
Write SnapshotTracer SVG outputs to a JS file, maybe also a JSON mapping from line to svg
Also need to write the code text to the JS file too

SnapshotTracer - open webstepper

Copy webstepper bundle over to PyTA
Insert a script tag into index.html
