retrieve document structure

Hi

I am using this tool to parse a word document and works perfectly to extract paragraphs, tables, etc... but i am struggling to correlate the document structure. It is:

I have something like

1. Section 1
   1.1 Subsection 1
   This is the description of this subsection
   And then, a table

I can get the content of the table, but i cant link it to subsection 1.1. Is there any way to do it?
