uri주소에는 띄어쓰기가 있으면 안되므로 slug를 처리해야한다.
그래서 태그를 내보내는 컨텍스트에는 태그명이 아닌 슬러그처리된 태그를 내보내도록 하자.
또한 urls.py에서 정규화부분에서 슬러그도 인식하도록 수정해야함
