Offer Users support to request bioinformatic support for their project

What are you missing?

I would greatly appreciate it if users are able to request project specific support e.g. for bioinformatic analysis within the data manager application.

Why do you need a solution?

Currently it is very cumbersome to manually link the bioinformatic support requests with the user and project information stored for a project within the data manager application.

Ideas

Ideally, the user is able to hastily and easily contact us within the data manager application with their specific request.
This could be done via a dedicated UI element which will automatically generate a support ticket, containing the users contact information, the project in question and the provided request information.

@Shraddha0903 what about a dedicated SUPPORT section in a Data Manager's Project View?

We can easily provide a link that open's the users local email application with some information preset already configured in the email client (e.g. email subject already contains the project ID, and the recipient is our support email address)
