Is it possible to get split-tunneling to work?

I am trying to get only a handful of IP addresses to go through my VPN and have all other connections connect directly to the internet.

I can manually change the routes once the container is running and get it to work exactly as I want but I don't see any way to have this script from within the container.

Am I missing something? Is there a spot to put custom commands that can be run after the VPN connection is made?
