Unable to install this software Via Intune

Hi All,
I have been trying to install this Another redis desktop Manager software Via Intune, But unable to do the same. Can anyone guide me on this?
I have tried to install the same via cmd using silent command but its asking for the per user installation or system per installation.
Can you guide me how to achive this without any prompts on silent installation

hi, I've never used Intune before, so you need to install Another without any promotion?
if you install by an exe file, this is not yet implemented, but you can try installing by winget or choco in cmd, this is a silent way.
