suggestion: fixed icons order (Toddler mode + allow tab switch) #110

Please add option to lock single/all icons' position (for each tab).

This feature is already implemented in toddler mode.

Rationale:
Icons tend to change place too easily / accidentally.
especially under extreme conditions (wet / dry / pocket / gloves / broken / bugs)

But when icons are fixed, we take advantage of "finger memory", avoid mistakes between similar icons, and more.
