Consider RSS scraping via JFR #372

When we will target JDK 21 we could use Gunnar's JFR events to programmatically read https://sap.github.io/SapMachine/jfrevents/21.html#residentsetsize which enable easier way to track RSS over time too (eg before first request, after, etc etc)
