Use vue page inside a content-script ?

I'd like to enhance webpages with content, like sidebars, and other.

How would you go on injecting content, as i'd like to use vue ref, onwatch, etc to manage interactions ...seems like pple are doing it with react/preact

What would you suggest ...a solution with quasar, or maybe injecting plain vue.js ?
