At this point, do we need to have both Querqy 5 and Querqy 4 docs???

Okay, stumbling over this one, yet again! We have this: https://docs.querqy.org/querqy/solr-plugin-configuration.html#configuring-how-rewriter-definitions-are-stored-in-zookeeper-querqy-5. Let's change the rest of the docs to not reference Querqy 5 or 4... Really, in the future future we should version the docs ;-). we shouldn't try to doc multiple versions in the same docs.....
