From GitHub to Docker hub

For each image, autotest is turned off but there's a link to the GitHub repo (under "Build context"). This allows some linking but no builds.

https://github.com/r-hub/rhub-linux-builders/blob/master/jenkins.sh sources https://github.com/r-hub/rhub-linux-builders/blob/master/build-image.sh and actually updates the images.

Is there a CRON job somewhere @gaborcsardi?
