Deprecate use of aplpy for quicklooks

Failures are starting to crop up when aplpy is installed: https://github.com/radio-astro-tools/tutorials/actions/runs/10253558673/job/28366448073?pr=40

An updated release of aplpy would fix this, though since development has shifted to wcsaxes in astropy.visualization, and we make minimal use of plotting anyways, we should update the quicklooks to use wcsaxes.
