Refresh attendee list on RSVP #209

When I RSVP for a class, my name does not appear on the attendee list until I refresh the page.

Expected results:

Go to rails school.org and log in.
RSVP for a class that I'm not already registered for.
Page displays updated attendee list (including my name) and updated number of people registered.

Actual results:

Go to rails school.org and log in.
RSVP for a class that I'm not already registered for.
Page does not display updated attendee list but does display updated number of people registered.
When page is refreshed, the attendee list is updated with my name.
