What are the labels in the hierarchical diffusion model?

I'd like to try the model on some of my data- may I know how to run it with custom labels for each variant?
To add to this, I did check the sample_val and sample_train text files provided when running the model, but the labels are not clear to me just from these files. I would like to know how to format the data to run it on my own set of sequences and variants.
