Problem Description

We want to have some smoke tests across different Linux distros for AppImages and RPMs

We should at a minimum have testing for Rocky 9 and openSUSE Tumbleweed (to cover old and new things).

Proposed Solution

Make some workflow based on https://github.com/rancher-sandbox/rancher-desktop/blob/main/.github/workflows/smoke-test.yaml using the AppImage file / rpm /deb from obs://isv:Rancher:dev:release-xx
