As far as I know there is no solution for configuring a Journal Page, that is used for e.g.:

  • Context texts that make only sense in the context of a journal entry
  • "Test" entries, that are meant to show to a specific person, without being able to see other entries
  • Personal Blog Messages, maybe just for fun.

So I suggest we make another display mode, like "Keine Liste anzeigen. (Nur Detailansicht)", which would not need further configuration regarding lists, filters, date navigation etc. And would just display a "naked" journal entry, no next/prev links, etc.

PS: This might also be handy for archiving blog articles too, that still might need to be linked or used, but no overview is wanted or previous/next entry links. Also we could more easily change meta robot settings for such pages, a recent oral request.

Instead of toggling view of "entries_per_page", I suggest we use this feature only for visitors that are not authenticated, in preview the list still would be displayed
