Thanks for your interest in this. Regarding the status of the book: it was sent to the printer this week so the good news is that it will be available in a few weeks (the bad news is that I can't add any additional topics though). Regarding KV-cache, I have a some ideas for bonus material I want to add to this GitHub repository in the future, and this is one of them. I don't have a timeline for this though at the moment.
