docs: inline code samples hard to read with dark mode #43

Describe the bug

With a prefers-color-scheme of dark, the docs (e.g. https://nixarr.com/nixos-options/) are very difficult to read, since the code samples use a dark color on a dark background. Manually toggling to "light mode" seems to make the samples more legible again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://nixarr.com/nixos-options/
  2. Set browser / OS theme to dark mode (either in preferences or using browser developer tools)

Expected behavior
Either the code should use a light foreground color, or maybe the page should ignore prefers-color-scheme entirely (to make the background a light color)?
