【bug】rax-scrollview在微信小程序里scrollIntoView方法无效 #403

我看了下源码是基于slot，但是微信小程序社区里，我看官方已经说了不支持。

只有编译时组件会有这个问题，运行时没有问题

@ChrisCindy 大佬看看，能在rax-scrollview层解决么，目前我的方案是先手动写了一个微信的scroll-view，没有用slot
