Is it possible to capture multiple audio sources?

In my case I have multiple output sources I can choose from:

I am only able to record system audio for the currently active audio output. Windows allows you to assign certain applications to specific outputs Ex: (Firefox uses Edifier R1850DB and everything else uses Speakers (2- Jabra Link 370)), so when recording I can only hear the Speakers (2- Jabra Link 370) output, but not the Edifier R1850DB.

I just noticed this behavior while trying to record a Microsoft Teams meeting.
I have my notebook speakers as default output audio device, but Teams is pushing all the audio directly through my headsets and virtual-audio-capturer didn't grab anything other people said in the call.
