Can I find task by netage string subject query?

Go to Find Tasks, and in "Find by Text" with subject checked, can i write some like a !text for find all issues with not text in theirs subjects?

I saw that you did a prototype implementation. I'm not a redmine user myself, so:

would you be willing to do a PR to get your changes merged and
is the "!" operator known for redmine queries for string search negation? If not I'd suggest a gui to toggle search
