notice how in the screenshot after I run steel new there's no message about the command successful or not

It'd be nice to have an output message that the command was successful and maybe some information about the type of the program created - was it created with no git? was it created with certain flags like spl ?

yeah sounds like a good feature, should not be difficult either; just wanted more clarity.
