Set index to false in express.static

Can we set the index option to false to express-static in remix-server? Without this our contrast agent reports problems with Path traversal due to trying to find the index.html file. I don't think this functionality is needed for remix?

This could be done here like this:

express.static(build.assetsBuildDirectory, {
      index: false,
      immutable: true,
      maxAge: "1y",
    })
