Tasks for the algorithmic art course

To pass the course in algorithmic art, the following tasks must be performed and presented during the classes

  • task 1: gen art with randomness (e.g. genuary)
  • task 2: gen art with a specific algorithm
  • task 3: data driven gen art (bonus point if using live data)
  • task 4: presentation about a research paper in algorithmic art
  • task 5: an artwork for the exhibition

  • live coded piece for the vernissage
  • shader piece
  • 'meta' piece: algorithmic art in the software engineering process
