Normalized url path resolution to avoid unexpected problems if the relative path starts with a leading slash.
This fixed the main issues of invalid url paths being used when connecting to the thin-edge.io c8y proxy, however it must be noted that websocket communication still does not work, but this is most likely due to the thin-edge.io proxy rather than go-c8y-cli.
