The deltemplates call invokes the update domain call with the store_templates option and a null data file.

This call both deletes the templates and it deletes the domain intents and actions. I think this is a bug in the Rasa X API.
However, it is probably safer to call the templates PUT call but I haven't confirmed that you can delete templates via that call.
