Support reading emoticons, emoji and ascii art #47

Emoticons are things like :) that are used to convey emotion ("smiley" in this case). Emoji (e.g. ^_^) are the same, but originate from Japan. ASCII art is a more general form of creating art using ASCII characters -- for example

@}-,-`-

is used to signify a rose.

Emoticons and emoji also have Unicode entries.

These should be detected as an emoticon event type, and spoken accordingly.
