Load image automatically when using single file option?

Hello!
I'm not sure if development is still active for this project but I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the images to load automatically when using the single file build option that's ideal for sharing. It appears to me that this is only possible with the non single file build option. Ideally when opening the html the file would load automatically, without having to click into the settings.
