Describe the bug
There is no check for duplicate variables in the Add variable UI

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Settings
Click "+"
2 variables with same name
RC takes latter

Expected behavior
Should throw some basic error saying this variable is already being defined.
