Use of Component package manager

This is just a heads up, but I think the Component package manager project has been deprecated for a while - see issue 639 on their site.

Although it will still work, it may be worth pointing out to people that this package manager has been deprecated? Even better, I would say remove links to it; those who have links can still use them, but for new users, it is probably better to use NPM or Bower?
