Dutch (unmapped) terms in samplingProtocol

There are a number of unmapped terms in samplingProtocol, which result them being passed as dutch in the output.

I suspect some samplingEfforts are also getting mapped to samplingProtocol by accident, such as Andere (aantal)

Dutch terms in samplingProtocol:

• Actieve kooi | Lokvogel
• Bak/buis geplaatst
• Andere (aantal )
• Niet actieve kooi
• Poederverstuiver
• Poederverstuiver | Spuitbus

Around 2000 records do not have a value for samplingProtocol.
