Add terms and definitions section

I read the draft 1.0 specification. And some times hard to understand some of the abbreviations, especially if you read a specific section. And even if you read specifications from the first page, I don't see any decoding of abbreviations, I need to understand them from context. So, it'll be great to add an additional section that contains all specific terms and abbreviations in one place.
