Description

The go links page will show "loading..." if there are no go links. From a user perspective this would make it seem like the go links are actually loading when there's actually just none of them. Change to something like "It's empty in here!" or "Nothing to see here..." when there are no go links, but keep the "loading..." string for when data is actually just loading.
