Broken icons in KODI 18 Leia — Help Requested

I had to recover my drive from a crash, and I've noticed that when I try to select a different poster for a movie for example ("Top Gun" -> Information -> Choose Art -> Poster) there are only broken image icons instead of alternative movie posters (except for the "Current Art" that is selected).

I have tried Running Artwork Beef to "Download all existing remote images," rescanning my movie library, etc but I still have almost entirely broken icon images in lieu of movie posters to choose from.

I also can't seem to get Artwork Beef to offer more than one movie poster for newly added movies when it used to populate the "Choose Art" section with many alternatives.

(Though I can get it to download as many versions of movie posters by configuring it to download the posters not just add them to the KODI texture cache.)

I am looking for some help on how I can 1) clean/remove all the broken poster images and 2) provide more than just a single poster to choose from in Choose Art -> Poster for all my existing (and new) films in my KODI library.
