Game gets choppy, then proceeds to freeze/crash when people are joining

i dont know if its the mods or my device causing this but when people are joining, it makes the game choppy, while i dont really care about that, its when theres too much people joining, it just freezes then proceeds to crash. What do i do?

Hi please send the complete mod list other than OMM Rebirth, and also list your exact device model and version of android, preferably using the termux-info command.
