My favorite graph of MinIONQC is the gb_per_channel_overview, I call that the "flowcell health", as it allows to see if some air bubble had been introduced during loading etc.
However it doesn't seems to work very well with flongles. This is the graph I get :
I kknow that the tool is able to differentiate Promethion runs from others runs. So could it also adapt for flongle on this graph at least ? :) Would be really appreciated !
