Mouse can't move past 720p box

When using the Switch in docked mode in 1080p, with a physical USB mouse, the mouse can't move past a 720p box in the menus, and can only move past this box horizontally when streaming, so you can reach the right side of the screen but not the bottom.

Same here: atmos 0.19.5, docked, HDMI on a UHD display (LG UM7500PLA), Moonlight NX installed through the Homebrew store, WiFi (so far; still waiting for my eth-adapter), tried using Logitech wireless mouse.

EDIT: I should add that, for me, it's a permanent 720p box that starts from the top left corner. I cannot reach neither the bottom nor the right side of the screen. Not even while streaming, contrary to what Heath123 said.
