Request: Open with manual command

"Context Menu -> Open With -> Select" dialog shows registered applications. However, sometimes manual entry of a custom command is needed.

Is it possible to have a text box in which user can type the command to execute? Current selection (may be multiple) is also appended to this command.

I know that, there is ongoing effort for overhauling the mimes, apps, etc. As I also opened issues about the convergence of "Context Menu", "Custom actions" and "Command Line", I think this is also related.
