  • ingest data (partially complete -- the process takes a very long time)
  • partition data
  • run partition-local fof -- this keeps all the groups down to 1 particle
  • merge the groups across domains
  • reassign all particle group IDs
  • discard groups with less than nMinMembers particles
  • reassign particle group IDs based on the remaining groups (ordered by particle number?)
  • calculate group properties
