I'd be in favor of not using the full list of authors in the request template because it could be too long?

Or to "aut" if there are less than say 3, and if there are more than 3, "maintainer et al"?

Good point, I just wonder whether this piece of info should come in a second email after they answered yes/no, since the request email is already packed with information? 🤔
