Also a feature idea: being able to submit from the command line. With maybe one or two questions like in devtools::release, e.g. "Ready to submit?"

For this the package would need to know where the submission thread is. If everything goes well in the README of a package under review there's a badge linking that issue thread.

The automatic submission function could also replace **r cat(sprintf("Last updated: %s", Sys.Date()))** in the README with a link to the actual review comment + the date and time associated to it (indicating the timezone).
