Plot does not automatically update when parameter reconfigure is open

If a "parameter reconfigure" panel is open in the same rqt window as a "plot" panel, then the plot will stop plotting values automatically.

Values will however be plotted while a parameter is being reconfigured (as in M1 button is held and a slider is moved) but will then go back to not updating.
